Vivid Milk is made from a blend of the two noble cocoa beans, the Criollo and the Trinitario, from Venezuela. Wheras the Criollo bean is the rarest cocoa bean on the market and is considered the finest of all beans, the Trinitario is known for its strong and aromatic power as well as its complex and alluring taste. The combination of the two beans results in a fresh and lively milk chocolate. In addition to a strong taste of cocoa, this cocolate has an intense flavour of roasted beans that have been soaked in vanilla and caramel.
